Bouillon Gourmet Walk
Prices and reservation
The rates are 40€ per adult and 20€ per child (-12 years).
Children under 4 years old are free.
This price includes meals at the seven stops and four drinks.
Upon arrival at the castle, the starting point of this gourmet walk, you must present your reservation, on paper or electronically (smartphone), to the reception staff and state your first and last name.
Menu
Step 1 : Coffee, croissant and pain au chocolat
Step 2 : Fresh fruit salad
Step 3 : The aperitif break followed by the summer plate
Step 4 : Tomato soup
Step 5 : The little pick-me-up
Step 6 : Pig on the spit and its accompaniments followed by the shepherd's plate

On Sunday 17 September 2023, the traditional "Bouillon Gourmet Walk" will take place, as it does every year at the same time.
The planned walk will cover a distance of about 10 kilometres and include seven gourmet stops.
The start is at 10.00 am, at the entrance of the castle, near the shop (opposite the ticket office).
A breakfast will be waiting for you in the Godefroid room before you leave.
The start of the walk is between 10 and 11 am.
During the walk you will discover the beautiful views of Bouillon and its surroundings.
At the start we will give you a program for the day.
On the menu of this gourmet walk, you will find products of our local craftsmen.
The arrival is at the castle, at 05.00 pm, where you can attend the falconry show in the courtyard.
!!! ATTENTION !!!
Dogs are not allowed in the castle for breakfast and dessert.
They could disturb the falconry show, with the risk of injury to the falconer, the participants and the animals.
